PAYMENT.....

Work does not commence on your radio until we have received a payment equal to 50% to 100% of the estimated repair cost. Return shipping does not occur until all charges (including estimated shipping) have been paid.

We accept etc, through PayPal.

Once you have indicated that you wish to proceed with the repairs after receiving the estimate, we will email you an invoice from PayPal for payment. At that time you may pay anywhere from 50% to 100% of the estimated cost. (Estimates under $40.00 must be paid in full or 100%) We also accept personal checks. Personal checks require 10 calendar days to clear. Checks for the repair work can be mailed and made payable to:

Once we have notified you that the radio is restored/repaired and the amount of any balance due (including return shipping) the radio will not be shipped until we have received cleared funds for the balance.

NON-PAYMENT.....

We attempt to contact the owner of a repaired radio using the best means from our records. If a phone number is supplied, we will call to remind about payment. If we only have an email address, we will repeatedly email reminders about the balance due. If all attempts to secure payment are not successful -

30 days overdue we will send the owner a notice that the radio will be sold at auction to secure payment for services rendered.

45 days overdue we will auction the radio by the best means available, apply the resulting funds to the outstanding bill, and remit any surplus to the owner.
